Refund and Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping at www.grewind.com. We make efforts in delivering you the best quality, eco friendly
products. But if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Products are only
eligible for refunds and return based on vendor policies as mentioned in product pages. Eligible products
will be considered for refunds / returns only if they’re not tampered, failing to do so your claim will be null
and void. All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Grewind Solutions LLP upon the verification
and confirmation done by its vendors / employees /management.
RETURNS
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. To be eligible for a return,
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original
packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be
considered valid). Several types of goods are exempt from being returned as per Vendor policies.
Customers are requested to kindly go through the Terms for each product before making purchase.
Customer shall provide all kinds of necessary support requested to prove damage or faulty product or
different item. In certain cases, the return will be chargeable which will be notified to customer and
customer will bear the expenses.
REFUND
Customer is requested to send the product back and once product is received, it will be inspected. After inspection the customer will be notified through Grewind portal / contact information of user on the status of your refund after. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 15 calendar days. You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product.
